Astounding Battersea - Furniture Showroom London

Astounding Battersea - Furniture Showroom London

Located in the heart of Nine Elms, this showroom was designed and delivered to reflect the understated elegance and technical capability of SJW. The space brings together contemporary luxury, thoughtful layout and integrated technology to create an environment that feels both refined and engaging.

Bespoke furniture, carefully considered lighting and discreet smart systems are woven throughout the showroom, allowing each area to function as a realistic living setting rather than a static display. From the textured lounge zones and sculptural lighting features to the precision built joinery and high quality finishes, every element was selected and detailed with care.

The showroom is arranged as a sequence of lived in environments, giving visitors the opportunity to experience modern interior styling, home automation and craftsmanship in a practical, real world context. This approach allows the design intent to be fully understood rather than simply observed.

Delivered to exacting standards, the project placed strong emphasis on detail, usability and visual balance. The result is a calm, immersive commercial space that clearly communicates the design quality, technical understanding and lifestyle potential behind the work.

Keston Park – Home Bar, Spa & Gym Retreat

Keston Park – Home Bar, Spa & Gym Retreat

Set within the Keston Park estate in Bromley, this private residential project was designed and delivered as a considered blend of entertainment, wellness and contemporary living. The brief was to create a space that could shift easily between social use and quiet retreat, without feeling theatrical or overworked.

At the centre of the scheme is a bespoke home bar finished in copper mosaic tiling, with a backlit onyx bottle display and upholstered bar seating. The atmosphere is deliberately low key and refined, closer to a private members’ lounge than a traditional domestic bar. A sunken seating area sits alongside, using soft finishes, metallic accent tables and layered lighting to create a relaxed, hotel like setting.

Behind the scenes, a fully integrated bar allows the space to function properly while keeping service elements discreet. The adjoining gym suite is fitted with commercial grade ESP equipment, designed for serious use rather than show. Beyond this, the layout opens into a spa style relaxation area incorporating a sauna, daybeds and controlled lighting, allowing the space to move naturally from activity to recovery.

Throughout the project, emphasis was placed on proportion, texture, lighting and comfort. The result is a private environment that feels carefully considered and purposeful, transforming part of the home into a complete lifestyle space rather than a collection of features.

VIP Home Bar - Private Commission

VIP Home Bar - Private Commission

Luxury Interior Design & Fit-Out with Project Management.

This private bar was designed and delivered as a high end entertaining space, combining contemporary design with bespoke craftsmanship. Sculptural lighting, stone surfaces, bespoke cut glass mirrors and carefully detailed metalwork were used to create a setting that feels confident, refined and deliberately intimate.

The project was completed as a full turnkey fit out, with custom made furniture, mosaic wall finishes and a tightly controlled material palette throughout. From the labradorite finished bar front to the copper detailing, every element was specified and executed to work together, creating a space that feels immersive without being overstated.

The result is a bold yet balanced environment, designed to be experienced rather than simply admired.

Keston Park Bromley Entertainment Pavilion

Keston Park Bromley Entertainment Pavilion

This private entertainment pavilion at Keston Park was designed as a dedicated evening space, focused on hosting, atmosphere and ease of use. The brief was to create a setting that felt confident and indulgent without losing comfort or control, allowing the space to move naturally between social energy and relaxed retreat.

At its centre sits a bespoke curved bar framed in backlit onyx, paired with a floating ceiling feature and layered lighting to define the room. Velvet bar seating, sculptural furniture and warm amber tones give the space a cinematic lounge feel, while art deco detailing and a statement chandelier introduce a subtle nod to classic glamour.

The pavilion opens directly onto the pool terrace, extending the experience outdoors. A sunken firepit seating area and integrated landscape lighting create a calm, resort style atmosphere in the evening, blurring the boundary between inside and out. Within the main space, a clear acrylic grand piano acts as a focal point, adding character without overpowering the overall design.

Throughout the project, attention was given to proportion, lighting balance and material coordination. The result is an immersive but comfortable environment, designed to excite when in use and feel composed when at rest, reflecting a considered approach to both design and delivery.

Cork and Bottle Hamersmith

Cork and Bottle Hamersmith

This heritage wine bar in the heart of Hammersmith, London was carefully refurbished to retain its original character while introducing a more vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The approach focused on respecting the building’s historic features while updating the interior to suit contemporary hospitality use.

A bold mural and feature fireplace form the focal point of the rear lounge, set against original tiled flooring and a coffered ceiling. Bespoke joinery, deep buttoned banquette seating and vintage style pendant lighting reinforce the venue’s established identity, while the revised layout improves comfort, circulation and flexibility across multiple seating areas.

The central bar runs the length of the space and is finished in dark timber with a copper countertop and traditional green glass banker’s lamps, referencing classic wine cellars and timeless hospitality interiors. Large arched windows bring in generous natural light, lifting the rich combination of leather, brass and timber finishes throughout.

The completed refurbishment strikes a balance between preserving the building’s heritage and creating a lively, engaging setting that works equally well for informal drinks or larger gatherings.

From the statement cork chandelier to the tiled bar and intimate basement dining area, every detail was carefully considered to create a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere for dining and drinks.

Fit-Out, Design & Project Management

ROX Nightclub was designed and delivered as a bold, high energy interior built around lighting, texture and carefully crafted detail. The space combines layered lighting, custom finishes and zoned seating to create a strong sense of atmosphere, with the bar acting as a clear focal point within the layout.

From early concept through to completion, we managed the interior build in full, overseeing finishes, bespoke joinery and detailing to ensure the design intent was carried through accurately on site. Close control of quality and coordination allowed the space to come together as intended, without compromise.

The finished venue is contemporary and immersive, with a confident visual identity that suits its purpose and location, delivering a nightlife space that feels considered, distinctive and well executed.

Home Bar & Entertainment Suite

Home Bar & Entertainment Suite

This bespoke home bar and entertainment suite was designed as a private retreat within the residence, bringing together luxury, leisure and everyday usability. At its centre is a custom built bar with quilted suede banquette seating, integrated LED lighting and a gold accented back bar display that gives the space warmth and definition without overpowering it.

The surrounding areas flow naturally from one to the next, including a fully equipped home gym, a contemporary lounge with velvet banquette seating and sculptural lighting, and a games area featuring a pool table and vintage jukebox. High quality finishes and a consistent material palette tie the spaces together, allowing the open plan layout to feel connected while still clearly zoned.

The brief was to transform an underused area into a versatile environment suited to both relaxation and entertaining. The finished space is carefully detailed, comfortable and functional, striking a balance between modern design and a lived in, personal feel.

 Contemporary Private Bar Kent

Contemporary Private Bar Kent

This private bar installation was designed to combine crisp architectural lines with carefully layered lighting, creating a modern lounge setting with a strong evening presence. The aim was to deliver a refined but social environment within a residential context, suited to small gatherings as well as more energetic entertaining.

At the centre of the room sits a bespoke marble topped bar, wrapped in velvet clad panels and accented with turquoise LED underlighting to give the space depth and energy after dark. A backlit white marble backdrop frames the drinks display, while sculptural Edison style lighting and high backed velvet bar stools introduce contrast and texture.

A continuous banquette runs the length of the space in a soft champagne toned fabric, providing comfort and visual continuity. Curved mirrored walls are used to open the room visually, while the layering of materials, finishes and lighting gives the space the feel of a private members style lounge rather than a typical domestic bar.

Farnborough Park – Private Home Lounge & Bar Loft Conversion

Farnborough Park – Private Home Lounge & Bar Loft Conversion

This stunning loft conversion project at a prestigious private residence in Farnborough Park transforms an unused attic into a sleek, high-end entertainment suite. The brief called for a luxurious yet inviting space to entertain guests while maximising the sloped ceilings and natural light.

We delivered a fully integrated design, combining rich materials, custom furnishings, and ambient lighting. The space features a bespoke cocktail bar with a fluted timber and quartz counter, accented by opulent teal bar stools and brass detailing. Adjacent to the bar, a tailored velvet banquette seating nook hugs the angled ceiling—brought to life with concealed LED lighting and plush textures.

A cinematic lounge with layered upholstery, deep-toned furnishings, and a statement art wall creates the perfect setting for film nights, while the centrepiece—an electric blue pool table—completes this sophisticated leisure suite.

This project is a celebration of contemporary styling, spatial ingenuity, and tactile luxury—turning a challenging architectural footprint into one of the most exciting and enviable areas of the home.
